Ja jag ligger lite back här. Yogautmaningen har ju kickat igång, jag ska ju yoga varje dag i 30 dagar. Dag fyra säger jag so far so good! Trots att vi har haft dop och stirt släktkalas. Det gäller att inte göra det allt för komlicerat och att låta det vara ok med bara lite yoga. Som dagen innan Almas dop, när halva släkten var nere och det var ungar överallt. Då gjorde jag dagens yoga i duschen. Andades, gjorde trädets positon och fokuserade på att jorda mig. Något som behövs när tjocka släkten är på besök, eller hur ;-). Idag har jag däremot hunnit med ett lååångt pass, med fokus på baksida lår.
Vi blev ett helt gäng i torsdags när vi bjöd in till yogaklass. Hela 11 stycken var vi som svettades ihop. För det råkade visst bli ett riktigt svettigt pass som jag kände i både mage och axlar efteråt.
Bäst hitills var så klart klassen vi körde i torsdags! Det var så himla roligt att så många kom och både Nellie och jag tyckte att det var superkul att leda en klass tillsammans. Bli inte förvånade vänner om det kommer en inbjudan til :-).
